The Solution

IGS developed a bespoke web application that enables senior directors to manage each individual franchise - giving them the ability to invoice and edit contact details. The same portal can also be used by the franchises to log in and manage and book jobs.

Two mobile applications were also developed to help improve the customer service. A customer-facing app is available to customers to make bookings and communicate with the cleaners, allowing them to leave messages. Other features include receiving push notifications when the cleaners arrive and leave the property. IGS also developed a mobile application for the cleaners to use on site, meaning they can check in and out of jobs and respond to the personalised messages that the client has left. This will improve the communication between the two parties and ultimately lead to a better customer service and a more streamlined process.
