The Solution

IGS implemented a system that is simple to use and allows the admins to create surveys with templates provided and send them to the appropriate trusts via e-mail. Once the correct amount of surveys are returned, the system uses a statistical analysis approach, comparing groups of averages of data to detect if there were any significant changes in the feedback from previous surveys. It locates hot spots and key factors that relate to changes in staff engagement. Reports are generated from the feedback automatically, instead of manually analysing the data, ultimately saving our client both time and money.
