We at IGS have been working on a large project for the British Promotional Merchandise Association.
BPMA's old website was outdated and not efficient for both the client and user. We designed and developed a brand new website which enabled all information regarding the BPMA to be in one place. We kept the website very sleek and modern. The website includes all membership information and even allows new members to sign up.
Alongside the website, we created two additional platforms. These are to be used by Admins and Learners. The bespoke CRM we created allows Admins to edit content on the website. They can also add in their own events to be displayed on the website, view attendees, and even export them in a PDF report. The CRM has many more features such as invoicing, admins can simply generate invoice members and automatically email them this, it is also connected to Sage, making it much more efficient. We also set up reports from the CRM, this means Admins can easily access these reports and collect all the data they need. Reports include Cancellations, Prospects, Exams and much more.
We created an Education platform for learners to get qualified with the BPMA. On this platform, learners can take quizzes, watch module videos, and then take exams. Each module they complete, they earn credits, which they will need to gain to get qualified. Admins create these quizzes and exams for the learners, which can easily be done on the Education platform.
Overall, both the website and platforms are very useful to the BPMA and help them to easily manage all content on the website, members, and learners.
